I'm on a mission to encourage and empower others to align their passion with their purpose to impact the world and God’s Kingdom. My career spans more than 20 years in corporate America, where I was blessed to receive many accolades and achieve an executive level role in a Fortune 500 company.
Today, I run a strategy consulting and executive coaching firm. I love working with my clients to solve complex challenges by helping them cast a wide vision and develop the processes and systems to achieve their goals and objectives.
While most of my time is spent with large corporate clients, I have a heart for supporting women and other business owners. It was through my personal journey of launching a start-up when God challenged me to honor Him through the work that I do everyday. I hit a crisis in my life as I realized that despite accepting Christ as my Savior when I was six years old, I had no idea how to integrate my faith into my business or career, and my degree and certifications certainly couldn't help me learn how to do that.
I share my journey and the lessons I learned along the way in my book, EMERGE!. I also love sharing stories about how others are leading a spiritually authentic life on my podcast show, Cubicles & Christ.
