For a number of reasons, many believers separate their professional lives from their spiritual walk. Some may even question the value of secular or 'normal' work and believe that only those called to pastor a church have a meaningful job. As a result, many people have created a separation between faith and work.
Interestingly, the Hebrew word, avodah, means work, worship and service, implying that there is no distinction between work, worship and service to others and God.
This is just one of the reasons we believe there is more to work than a paycheck, and why we are on a mission to help others live a fulfilling life that honors Christ.
