In 2015, I founded KEIRUS BY KJE to help organizations transform through culture and leadership development. Over the past decade, KEIRUS has grown into a tech-enabled firm serving thousands of leaders across 10 countries. Out of that work and my own spiritual growth came RAYAH — a Christ-centered leadership accelerator for women designed to strengthen wholeness, sharpen spiritual attunement, and equip leaders to create greater impact in their spheres of influence.
I also host a podcast, In the Flow, where theology, therapy-informed tools, and storytelling meet to inspire Spirit-led living.
