RAYAH Circles is open to all women of faith who want a flexible, spiritually attuned community.
The RAYAH Mastermind is for senior-level leaders (director+) seeking a curated, high-trust peer group and executive-level development where they don’t have to leave their faith outside the room.
Who is RAYAH for?
RAYAH Circles: Very light. Attend when you can. There’s no preparation required and replays are available. RAYAH also follows a spiritually aligned rhythm, with two built-in Sabbath months each year (July and December) designed for rest, reflection, and lighter content.
RAYAH Mastermind: Expect 3–5 hours per month (monthly Cohort session, coaching 1:1s, and peer 1:1 connections).
What is the time commitment?
Yes. You can book a complimentary 20-minute Discernment Call with Kelley to explore your goals and determine whether Circles or the Cohort is the right fit for your season.
Can I talk with someone before applying?
Both the Circles and the Mastermind meet virtually, welcoming women from anywhere. Future RAYAH programs may include in-person experiences.
Do i need to live in dallas?
Yes. Both offerings are designed to be high-trust containers.
Cohort participants sign a confidentiality agreement; Circles members agree to community guidelines that protect the safety of the space.
Is the program confidential?

Can my employer pay for my participation?
Membership in the Circle is $47 monthly. A special Founding Member rate is available for the first 50 women for the first 6-months.

RAYAH Circles has a rolling enrollment so you can join anytime; you can join the waitlist now for early access.
The next RAYAH Mastermind will launch once the next group of eight senior-level women is selected. Cohorts are formed intentionally — based on timing, readiness, and peer alignment — and run for six months once full. Schedule a Discernment Call to be considered for the upcoming cohort.
When does the program start?
Both share the same culture of spiritual attunement, safety, and depth.
Circles = monthly membership, low-cost, low-pressure time commitment.
