learn about the rayah difference

Most women leaders don’t have a safe, faith-aligned space to process challenges openly. Without it, they miss opportunities for growth, accountability, and Spirit-led clarity.

RAYAH builds on the proven peer group model and adds spiritual depth, creating the high-trust environment leaders need to flourish.

Trusted Community for Growth

Without a trusted circle of peers, leadership decisions often feel isolating — you’re left second-guessing yourself or carrying the full weight alone.

Harvard Business Review reports that executives in structured peer groups improve strategic decision-making by more than 60%.

Sharper Decision-Making

Every Leader Needs a Peer Group

In case you didn't know this already...

Independent research confirms what seasoned executives already know: regular engagement with trusted peers measurably strengthens leadership impact. Without it, leaders carry unnecessary weight, make slower decisions, and struggle to sustain their influence long-term.

Without support, the constant demands of leadership chip away at resilience — leaving even the strongest leaders at risk of burnout or early exit.

Forbes highlights that curated leadership circles significantly reduce burnout and increase career longevity.

Greater Resilience & Retention

Values Alignment Is Key

That's why

The most effective peer groups share a common set of values. When members operate from a shared moral and ethical framework, leaders feel safe to wrestle with complex challenges, speak candidly, and apply insights with confidence.

RAYAH is intentionally built on this principle. By gathering women whose faith in Christ provides a shared foundation, RAYAH creates the high-trust environment that research shows is essential for peer groups to deliver their full impact.

RAYAH sustains leaders with practices and community that strengthen resilience for both immediate impact and eternal influence.

RAYAH equips women to align their faith and leadership so decisions flow from clarity and conviction, not pressure or striving.

RAYAH fosters a sacred circle of women where leaders are safe to be vulnerable, brave enough to grow, and supported as they rise.

RAYAH uniquely curates an immersive leadership development experience combining executive coaching, leadership training, Spirit-led discernment, and holistic wellbeing.

"Kelley Johnson is more than an Executive Coach"

“She really was my work therapist during a career transition filled with ebbs and flows. Kelley listened and provided sound objective tangible takeaways that could be applied immediately to broaden my leadership capabilities and improve our business outcomes. So grateful for the gifts God has placed in Kelley!”

“You’ve already earned the job, what does everything outside of the job look like? If that’s not good, it will affect everything. Evaluating the ‘pie chart’ of time spent and setting priorities across all aspects of life is important – it was a holistic approach. She’s doing the work she’s supposed to be doing. She’s incredibly authentic – this is how she lives her life, and it is evident and obvious.”

"(Kelley) is doing the work she’s supposed to be doing."
