ABOUT ME
My career spans more than 20 years in corporate America, where I was blessed to receive many accolades and achieve an executive level role in a Fortune 500 company. It was through my personal journey of launching KEIRUS BY KJE in 2015 where God challenged me to honor Him through my work. I hit a crisis in my life as I realized that despite accepting Christ as my Savior when I was six years old, I had no idea how to integrate my faith into my business or career, and my degree and certifications certainly couldn't help me with that!
I run a digital learning and workplace culture firm, where I inspire and enable transformative developmental experiences for individuals and organizations. I believe I am called to facilitate innovative problem-solving to complex issues, so I love designing strategy, developing roadmaps and inspiring teams and individuals to accomplish more than they thought possible.
I am married and have three kids plus a Golden Doodle named Bentley. I believe there's nothing like a nap on Sunday after brunch and a good church service. I inherited a pretty good green thumb from my mom and I can get super nerdy when it comes to herbal remedies for wellness.
My happy place involves silence, reflection and mental space to dream, create and build. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University and have written two books, with hopes of more on the way.
